HS75H (0.087s/60°, 4.0kg.cm)
High torque/very high speed programmable digital micro servo with titanium gears with two copper bushings and magnetic encoder (Hall sensor) instead of the regular potentiometer. The high precision no-backlash preloaded gears and slim 7.5 mm servo case makes it particularly suitable for controlling ailerons and flaps in F3K hand launch gliders, small gliders/hotliners amd motor models with thin wing profiles like F5D pylon racers. An aluminium case with regular mounting lugs for perfect cooling even under high loads.
Input voltage range 6.0-7.4 V (nominal).
Using the DSP-1 USB Digital Servo Programmer/interface and the MKS PC software you can program a wide range of servo parameters:
Dead Band: The signal value can be allowed to change under the circumstance without affecting the angle of the output / servo arm. MKS Default = 1μs or 1.2μs
Lock: The setting when the servo does not receive the signal - Keep at the last angular position / The motor is released.
Max. Duty: The duty cycle of the motor will be limited within this value.
Pulse Lower: The minimum angular range will be limited within this command value.
Neutral: The setting of the neutral position.
Pulse Upper: The maximum angular range will be limited within this command value.
Boost: The steps of the motor when starting-up. The larger the value is, the more powerful the step of the motor during the start-up.
Left Angle: Max. Left angle adjustment.
Right Angle: Max. Right angle adjustment.
Reversion: Reverse of the PWM command.
Allow Uncont: The Servo move to the “Uncontrolled Position” when the PWM command is loss.
Uncontrolled Pos: The emergency position in the case of PWM command loss, if the “Allow Uncont” is turned on.
Uncontrolled Time: The Servo will move to the “Uncontrolled Pos” after the “Uncontrolled Time” when the PWM command is lost.
CAUTION
DO NOT force the servo to rotate by hand. Because the gears of the servo are very precise and sensitive, when installing the servo arm, please DO NOT press it onto the servo output shaft - otherwise it will damage the servo gear. Correct method: Attach the servo arm to the output gear shaft -but DO NOT press it down onto the shaft. Hold the servo arm firmly and then carefully screw the servo arm screw in to draw the arm in place.
When removing the servo arm be careful as well.
